About
To define the key problem areas and understand the ongoing system, showcasing live updates for the steps and measures taken, alerting the user and assimilate the current data to create a user-focused visualization.
Approach
Studying the client data, it was found how the lack of proper data visualization led to the delay in taking actions against the spread of Malaria and often casualties. Furthermore, there was an emergent need to categorize the data available, in order to take obligatory steps in eradicating Malaria and also to stay updated about the steps taken. The dashboard was categorized into four parts as follows:
1. Incidence: Overview of the distribution and changes in malaria cases.
2. Prevention: Status of the measures taken by the concerned authorities.
3. Diagnosis: Report for the different types of cases and the symptoms diagnosed.
4. Treatment: Representation of the treatments and medicines provided.
Outcome
We created a succinct dashboard comprising of all the important factors monitoring the live situation. This active interface updating about the ongoing and steps taken by the officials allocated also helps the user to analyse the status of disease across past years.
